Gam - Wayag - Batanta
We visited Raja Ampat for the first time in July 2017. We spent 3 weeks based in a homestay in Sawinggrai village. During this time we did many day-trips with amazing snorkelling and exploring central Raja Ampat with all its hidden spots.
We just fell in love with Raja Ampat and decided to come back as soon as possible.
2019 we finally came back for 4 weeks. As we were really happy with Andreas' support, his deep knowledge of Raja Ampat, the area, culture and weather conditions, we decided to do a 7 day trip to Wayag — which was simply overwhelming. We spent another week in a homestay on Gam island, before doing another tour for 6 days. This time we visited Batanta, staying in the very west of the island.
