- Endless rainforest with its huge diversity and fascinating shades of green
- Picturesque lakes of Ayamaru - the shore lined with reeds and wooden dugout canoes
- Turquoise lagoon - Bathing and live kitchen with plantains, fruit and much more - in general, we were given the best culinary care - even on the go!
- Overnight stay in Kebar: a valley in the mountains - great ambience and pleasant climate
- Relaxing bath at the natural hot springs in Kebar
- Impressive waterfall with seven steps next to a small village in the middle of nowhere
- Spontaneous meeting with a Papuan chief - thanks to the team, a multilingual exchange with Indonesian and Papuan languages was possible
- Sunset with fantastic panorama - great mood, captivating nature - really beautiful
- Overnight stay in Sausapor on West Papua's north coast and then hugging the coastline on the way back to Sorong
- The grand finale: the many bays and a final stop by the sea in Tambrauw - black lava sand and an endless, empty beach
Andreas and his team (reliable, considerate, caring) made it possible for us to experience unspoilt nature and fascinating peoples with all their uniqueness and diversity - a paradise - endlessly beautiful and yet so fragile.
